The items and the 25 chests are suddenly gone and the game was set back before of the buying of the pack. But short time later after several relogs or by the help of the support everything was back including the items.. Insufficient pay 2 win happening in this pack. It seems like the best bang for the buck, but it's not right now.Arkhan is next to useless as the most expensive hero in-game. Jamilah is outshined by Strix, which you probably won't be able to earn in game for a while until the Strix event runs again. The other champions are alright as buff heroes.The devs have hinted in Q&A's that a hero rebalance is coming, with specifically a "Make Arkhan Great Again" focus. But that could take some time. When that happens, I will probably recommend this pack. But it seems like the 'meta' in the game right now is abuse seasonal champs and their overtuned power creep abilities, which means players who have started late are sub-par for now.. Buy it if you like and want to support the game, don't buy it if not. Your purchasing decisions reflect the kind of gameplay you prefer, so if you support freemium gaming, then buy this. They have been super friendly, professional, gave details as to what happened instead of a generic coverup blanket apology. They must be swamped with all of the complaints for the outage, so i am taking a moment to reflect that this is the *worst possible scenario8 for their cust svc department, and they are still nailing it out of the park with speed and professionalism. This bad experience has ended up making me an even more happy customer than i was before the goof up.Very Impressed with this company!
